These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between tak11 ("tak11", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses or uses the tak11 website, mobile platform, betting services, casino games, or any other service made available at tak11.com and its subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, completing the tak11 Login process, placing a bet, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the tak11 Platform.

tak11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, tak11 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following the notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

The tak11 Platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, place bets, play casino games, or use any paid service on the Platform. tak11 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.

By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will; (c) you are not acting on behalf of any third party when depositing or wagering; and (d) gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and you are not accessing the Platform from a restricted territory.

tak11 reserves the right to request official identity documentation at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during any routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladesh authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account restriction or closure.

• Minimum age of 18 years is strictly enforced at all times on the tak11 Platform.
• Age verification may be requested at registration, first withdrawal, or at any time during account review.
• Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all associated funds returned to the payment source.
• Players who knowingly allow a minor to access their tak11 account bear full legal and civil responsibility for any resulting activity.
• Players located in Bangladesh must ensure they comply with applicable local laws and regulations regarding online gambling before registering.

To access real-money features of the tak11 Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

tak11 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different Bangladesh mobile numbers, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings accumulated in duplicate accounts will be forfeited without exception.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tak11 Login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any third party who gains access to your credentials — is your responsibility. tak11 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.

• Provide your legal full name as it appears on your Bangladesh National Identity Card or passport.
• Enter a valid, currently active Bangladesh mobile number for OTP verification. This number will be used for account security alerts.
• Set a strong, unique password. tak11 recommends a minimum of 12 characters combining upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
• Complete the OTP verification sent to your registered mobile number to activate your account.
• Submit identity documents when requested during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before your first withdrawal is processed.

tak11 supports a range of Bangladesh-native payment methods designed to ensure fast, convenient, and secure transactions for players across all divisions of the country. Accepted payment channels currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts are eligible for higher transaction limits.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the same tak11 account, or to a verified payment method registered under the same name as the account holder. tak11 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times for bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically within 1–4 hours for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

• bKash & Nagad withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 1–4 hours.
• Withdrawals are only released to verified accounts. Identity documents must be submitted and approved before the first withdrawal is processed.
• tak11 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• tak11 applies no platform-side transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. Your payment provider's own charges (if any) remain your responsibility.

tak11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market.

Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including a stated wagering requirement, eligible games or markets, minimum qualifying deposit, validity period, and maximum withdrawal limit derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are always displayed prominently at the point of bonus opt-in. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.

Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable as real money. For example, a bonus carrying a 10x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be bet ten times in qualifying markets before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. The specific rollover requirement applicable to any given bonus is always stated at the time of offer.

• Wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible markets are clearly stated for every bonus at the point of opt-in.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible account unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, exploiting system errors, or coordinating bets with other players to guarantee outcomes — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• tak11 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus if reasonable grounds exist to suspect fraudulent activity, terms violation, or systematic exploitation.
• tak11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted.

All bets placed on the tak11 Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section as well as the sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant product area. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

A bet is deemed accepted and binding once tak11's system has confirmed receipt and issued a bet reference number to your account. It is your responsibility to verify that all bet details — including selection, stake, odds format, and market — are correct before confirming. tak11 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except where expressly permitted under the specific rules of the relevant market.

Odds displayed on the tak11 Platform are subject to change in real time, particularly for in-play cricket and live casino markets. The odds applicable to your bet are those that were confirmed and displayed at the moment your bet was accepted by the system, not any subsequent odds that may be displayed after that point. tak11 uses decimal odds format by default. Players may switch to fractional or American odds format via their account settings.

• Minimum stake per bet: ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• BPL, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures receive the highest stake limits available on the Platform.
• Bets placed on a suspended market — due to technical error, live event interruption, or odds review — will be voided and stakes returned in full.
• tak11 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds — defined as odds that deviate materially from the true market price due to a system or data-feed error.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon market settlement. Settlement timelines for each market type are published in the sports rules section of the Platform.

In order to protect the integrity of the tak11 Platform, the fairness of its games and markets, and the interests of all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. Breach of any of the prohibitions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles tak11 to suspend or permanently close the offending account, forfeit any balance held therein, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the Platform, its games, or its betting markets in any unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, data-feed errors, pricing errors, or any other system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting strategies, or any coordinated wagering activity designed to guarantee a risk-free profit from tak11 bonus funds.
• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Sharing account access with any third party, or allowing any third party — including family members — to use your tak11 account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tak11 staff, support agents, or other platform users.

tak11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; or the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Where an account is suspended or closed as a result of a Terms breach, tak11 may freeze the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, tak11 reserves the right to forfeit some or all funds held in the account. Where no breach is confirmed, any frozen balance will be released to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their own tak11 account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so at any time by contacting tak11 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after standard processing checks. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tak11 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh. Players who access the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between tak11 and the User with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
